Design Rules

I'm going to make them really smiple for you all. ok? ^^
Rules:
- No Sexual and/or pornographic content.
- Graphics can not be too big.
- Keep signatures small if you want to use them on this forum.
- No Stealing and claiming.
- If you request an graphic, don't bug people about it.
More may be added.
To request a graphic from me, use this form:

What do you want: avatar, signature, etc
Size:
How any?:
Where are you using these?:
TXT: (avatars, I can't really do much.. On banners/headers/signatures, I can do more)
Color HMTL Code(s):
Pic(s): (renders only please)
Background(s): link
